I feel like I’ve dropped off the face of the earth… just got back on Monday from an amazing trip to New York City with Shawn and his friend Justin (aka Hammer) and I haven’t had a chance to update my blog!  I will be posting all sorts of updates from the Art of Combat NYC Intensive very soon!  Just got to get all this laundry washed… eek!  🙂
