One of my favourite traditions at my OKTC rehearsals are “Sunday Morning Dance Parties,” where I put on a song and we all dance like maniacs.  It’s a great way to get everyone warmed up, pumped up, and excited to get started!

This mix features 10 songs that I used for “SMDP” during the rehearsal period of Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr. at Original Kids.  The songs are all upbeat, fairly current, and have clean content (as much as possible!).  The kids in my cast were between the ages of 8 and 15 and I never got a complaint from any of the kids, or their parents. This playlist is guaranteed to get your blood pumping, your feet moving, and your face smiling!
