I’m so excited to share with you the Original Kids Theatre Company‘s Spring 2014 Season!  We have an incredible theme this season — “I Dream, I Wish” — with FOURTEEN productions going up between March and August 2014!

I’m also thrilled to announce that after having taken the fall season off from directing (getting married and such), I will be back directing TWO shows at OKTC in the spring!  I can’t wait to get back at it!

First up is the season opener, the March Break spectacular Disney’s Peter Pan Jr.!  After the success of our 2013 March Break show, Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr., I am so pumped to be directing another amazing Disney show.  The artistic team is pretty stellar too; with Ceris Thomas as choreographer and Kristina Baron-Woods as musical director, this show is gonna ROCK!

Second, I will be directing Through the Looking Glass as part of our “Summer in Wonderland” double-bill!  Paired with Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr., the Spriet Family Theatre is going to be filled with all sorts of weird and wonderful delights!  I’m so excited to be working with Andrea Gittens as choreographer again; we will be reunited since working together on the Brickenden Award-nominated Annie Warbucks back in Fall 2010 — that was my first OKTC show ever!  I’m also excited to be working with musical director Matthew Atkins; he’s a super-talented and all around great guy!

Tickets go on sale for the OKTC Spring 2014 season on January 28th at 12 PM!  In the meantime, don’t forget that we still have five amazing shows to go up at OKTC this seasonDr. Dolittle Jr. is playing this weekend, followed by Don’t Stop Believin’ next week; Little Women: The Musical and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in December; and Singin’ in the Rain in January!  Don’t delay — get your tickets NOW!
