But still, from my experience, the stage parent-motivated kids can often find their own motivation when given the chance, the understanding leadership, and the right ambiance. So while I can accept that this man might have felt this way, this observation seems judgmental, and doesn’t take the next important human step. Kids are kids, and if they are manipulated into our world by their parents, then at least they are in our world, and we can accept them and built their inner fire. Even if we just try…and parents aren’t dummies. They can learn too.
