I took Shawn to see Nickelback in concert at Budweiser Gardens last week, which was what he wanted for his birthday. I know, it’s the band everyone loves to hate, but I fully admit I had a good time. I knew nearly every song they played, and they played a cover of Everlong as an encore, which is my FAVOURITE Foo Fighters song of all time. The opening act was The Pretty Reckless, which was great too.

Theatre

• While you’re at it, here are 25 of the most important plays every actor should read. (I’m super behind… I’ve only read about 5 of them. I’ve seen a couple performed… does that count? Probably not.)
• Who works in a theatre? Answer: a lot of people.
