It’s award season here in London Ontario, and I’m so excited to announce that three shows I was involved in this past year have made the shortlist for Brickenden Awards!
Curse of the Cobra’s Kiss (Director) was nominated for Best Youth Drama!
The Rocky Horror Show (Ensemble – Trannie) was nominated for for Best Musical, Best Lead Actor (Rick Kish, “Frank ‘n’ Furter”), Best Supporting Actor (John White, “Riff Raff”), Best Costumes (Katie De Souza), Best Lighting (Dale Hirlehey and Peter Mennie), Best Set Design (Dale Hirlehey), and Best Sound Design (Peter Mennie and Rob Richardson)!
ASSASSINS (Spotlight/Strobe Light Operator) was nominated for Best Musical!
Four other Original Kids shows were also nominated for awards: John Lennon and Me and Twelve Angry Jurors were also nominated for Best Youth Drama, and Les Miserables and The Drowsy Chaperone were nominated for Best Youth Musical!
